As real estate professionals it is not only our job but a professional responsibility to guide our clients about their affordability limits. Every one on the earth would like to own a home, it is just human nature. Some times people get carried away with it and make wrong decisions and jeopardize their financial stability. In today’s mortgage age of adjustable and multiple options loan programs, these clients ca slip into deeper financial troubles. If a buyer is not going to have a potential increase in their income to match the increase in their adjustable mortgage payment, real estate professionals need to be open advice such buyers. It may very well mean to walk away from a sale, but trust me; you will have a peace of mind.
