Our main goal is to sell the REO client’s properties quickly by enhancing communication, thereby improving service and results. Our services go above and beyond industry standards. To keep up with the guidelines. We are currently using AspeniAgent system to keep up with the work flow and offer services in timely manner.  I am ReoTrans Certified, Certified, RDCPro - Default School Certified, CDPE - Certified Distress Property Specialist, Five Star certified for BPO, REO A to Z, REO Marketing, Short sales and Property Preservation, and First American REO Value View Certified. We keep involved with today's REO industry includign REOMAC sponsorship, and attend their certification classes. We have staff technology to support all aspects needed to take care of REO properties.

We offer the following:

–        All BPO’s include a full photo spread, computer generated for quality and neatness. 

–        Property Status Reports are completed and returned to the client’s corporate office every two weeks or as required by our client. 

–        These reports include a progress statement, as well as, a status update on current market conditions as per client guidelines. 

–        If repairs or improvements are necessary to enhance the properties saleability, we provide three estimates for the cost of such repairs for authorization by licensed and bonded vendors. Any code violations are given priority to avoid any fines or losses for the seller. 

–        All repair/utility/maintenance bills under $10,000.00 paid by the Broker as needed and submitted for Reimbursement within 30 days. 

–        We perform preliminary credit investigation/analysis/approval functions on all potential buyers, type up offers and counter offers using the clients forms and documents, develop and implement marketing and advertising programs, and provide a written defined sales objective report for all REO properties handled on behalf of the REO client.

-         We assist in auction process and in handling auction transactions for our REO clients.

 To assure the highest and the best value in minimal time period we offer state of the art marketing. Every presentable property will have individual website address with virtual tour and other enhancing attachments.
